Life can be hard and often presents us with challenges and difficulties. Frequently, having someone trained in mental health who is objective, empathetic and highly skilled in active listening can help you process potential solutions. My area of expertise is working with children aged 5-11 years old struggling with depression, anxiety, anger management, divorce issues, parental conflicts and uncomplicated grief. I also provide therapy services for adults dealing with depression, anxiety and offer an evidence-based parent education program. I believe in an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from several different types of treatment interventions, depending on each individual’s specific needs.”
